Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 28, 2026
This policy explains what information Digihaus collects, how we use it, and your choices. By using Digihaus you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Account information: your email address and chosen username.
Wallet information: the public blockchain addresses you connect and prove ownership of.
Marketplace activity: listings you create, files you upload (stored privately), and records of purchases and download grants.
On-chain data: transaction signatures and details that are, by the nature of public blockchains, permanent and publicly visible.
Technical data: basic logs and usage information generated when you use the site.
2. How we use it
To operate the marketplace — create your account, show your listings, verify payments on-chain, deliver purchased files, and maintain your library.
To keep Digihaus safe — prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our policies, and comply with legal obligations.
To communicate with you about your account and transactions.
3. How payments work
Payments are peer-to-peer and settle directly on-chain between wallets. We do not collect or store payment-card details or bank information. We do read public blockchain data to confirm that a payment occurred.
4. Service providers we share with
We use trusted providers to run the service: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (transactional email). They process data only to provide their services to us. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Public blockchain data
Anything recorded on a blockchain — including your wallet address and transactions — is public, permanent, and outside our control. Please keep this in mind when transacting.
6. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account information (note that on-chain records cannot be deleted).
7. Security
We use access controls, row-level security, and short-lived signed URLs for file delivery to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for safeguarding your wallet and credentials.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To make a request, contact hello@digihaus.xyz.
9. Children
Digihaus is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes & contact
We may update this policy; we will revise the “last updated” date above. Questions or requests: hello@digihaus.xyz.
