Buying
How does buying work?
Click buy, pay with your card (or Apple Pay) through Stripe's secure checkout, and the file unlocks in your digihaus Library the moment the payment clears, usually in seconds. No account funding, no waiting on a seller.
Where do my files go after I pay?
Straight into your Library, tied to your digihaus account. Download your purchases any time, on any device. They're yours to keep forever.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes. Once your payment confirms, we email you a receipt with the item, the amount paid, and a link to your Library.
What if I change my mind? Can I get a refund?
Because delivery is instant, all sales are final. See our Refund & Dispute Policy for the details, and always check the listing and seller before buying.
Selling
How do I get paid?
Through Stripe, straight to your bank. You connect your own Stripe account once (a few minutes), buyers pay by card, and the money settles to you. digihaus never holds your funds. Earnings auto-deposit on a rolling schedule, and you can cash out instantly from your account page.
What does it cost to sell?
Listing is free, with unlimited listings on every account. Free accounts pay 5% + 50¢ per sale, all-in, card processing included. Pro (from $24/month) drops the digihaus fee to 0%: you keep every sale minus only standard card processing. Start selling →
What can I sell?
Any digital file: code, software, design assets, templates, music, video, photography, courses, ebooks, PDFs, and AI prompts or datasets. Anything you have the rights to sell. See our Acceptable Use policy for what's not allowed.
Safety & trust
Does digihaus ever hold my money?
No. Payments go through Stripe from the buyer to the seller's own Stripe account. digihaus takes its fee automatically and never takes custody of the rest.
How do I know a seller is legit?
Sellers carry a Verified badge, and buyers can leave reviews after a confirmed purchase, so reputation builds on real sales. If something looks wrong, use the “Report this listing” link on any product page and our team reviews it.
Is my payment information safe?
Card details go directly to Stripe, the same payment processor behind Amazon and Shopify, and never touch digihaus servers. There are no stored card numbers to leak.
