Acceptable Use Policy

This policy lists what you may not list, sell, buy, or do on Digihaus. Violations may result in listing removal, account suspension or termination, and, where appropriate, reporting to authorities.

1. No intellectual property infringement

Do not list or sell anything you do not own or have the rights to sell. This includes pirated software, cracked applications, leaked or resold courses, stolen source code, unlicensed music or media, and counterfeit goods.

2. No illegal goods or content

Do not list anything illegal to sell or possess, including stolen data or credentials, hacked accounts, drugs, weapons, or any sexual content involving minors or non-consenting individuals.

3. No malware or harmful code

Do not distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, keyloggers, or any software designed to damage, gain unauthorized access to, or disrupt systems or data.

4. No fraud or deception

Do not misrepresent what you are selling, impersonate others, run scams, or use the marketplace to deceive buyers.

5. No money laundering or sanctions evasion

Do not use Digihaus to launder funds, finance illegal activity, or transact with sanctioned persons, entities, or jurisdictions.

6. No abuse of the platform

Do not attempt to bypass security controls, scrape at scale, overwhelm the service, or interfere with other users' use of the marketplace.

7. Reporting violations

If you see a listing or user that violates this policy, report it using the “Report this listing” link on the product page or email abuse@digihaus.xyz. Copyright owners should follow our DMCA / Copyright Policy.
