Copyright / DMCA Policy

Last updated: June 28, 2026

Digihaus respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. If you believe a listing infringes your copyright, you can send us a takedown notice and we will respond promptly.

1. Filing a takedown notice

Send a notice to abuse@digihaus.xyz that includes: (1) your contact information; (2) identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed; (3) the URL or listing identifier of the material you want removed; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.

2. What happens next

When we receive a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the listed material, including for past buyers, and notify the seller.

3. Counter-notification

If you are a seller and believe your material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to abuse@digihaus.xyz with your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction. We may restore the material if the original complainant does not pursue legal action.

4. Repeat infringers

We will terminate the accounts of sellers who are repeat infringers.

5. Designated agent

Copyright notices should be directed to our designated contact at abuse@digihaus.xyz. (Before launch, register a DMCA Designated Agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and list the agent's details here.)
